Perfect barbecue salad!

Salad with radish and Cheesepop

  • 300 g mixed salad
  • 1 bunch of radish
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Cup (65g e) Cheesepop


  1. Make a dressing by mixing the mustard, oil and balsamic vinegar. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  2. Clean the radishes and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Wash the mixed salad and dry it with a salad spinner.
  4. Combine the mixed salad, the radish and the dressing in a bowl. Sprinkle the Cheesepops over it. Serve right after to keep the Cheesepops crunchy.
