Popped potato with bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 large pof potatoes (slightly crumbly)
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 sprig of spring onion
  • Cup (65g e) Cheesepop

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Clean the potatoes and make notches; four cuts up to ¾, so that they are slightly open. Put each on a piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Sprinkle the thyme and rosemary in the notches. (If fresh herbs are used, first chop the rosemary and thyme leaves)
  4. Cut the slices of bacon into pieces and divide them into the notches.
  5. Cut the spring onion and red pepper into thin rings and spread them over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper and drizzle with butter.
  7. Fold the potatoes loosely and airtight in the aluminum foil and pop them in the oven for approx. 45 minutes until done.
  8. Open the foil packs so that the potatoes are open. Divide the Cheesepops over the potatoes and put them in the oven for a while until the Cheesepops are warm.
  9. Cut the red onion and sprinkle over the potatoes.
