


Italian pasta salad with Cheesepop Gouda

Ingredients
- 120 g penne
- 60 g curly lettuce
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp kalamata olives
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 30 g Cheesepop Gouda (cup 65 g)
Instructions
- Cook the penne until al dente as directed on the package. Drain and let it cool down for a while.
- Tear the lettuce into rough pieces and divide among the plates. Spread the pasta over it.
- Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips and the cherry tomatoes in half. Divide the sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and olives over the salad.
- Drizzle the salad with olive oil and white vinegar.
- Sprinkle the Cheesepop Gouda over it just before serving.
